At Shoot with Paridhi, returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:
- Return Window: A return request must be raised within 2 business days of receiving the product, and the product must be dispatched back to us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Unboxing Video: A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return request. The video should clearly show the package and product condition.
- Return Shipping: The customer must courier the product to our designated return address at their own cost. The product must be securely packed and returned in its original condition, along with all accessories and packaging.
- Inspection: All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. The refund will be processed only after the product passes our inspection.
- Refund: For an approved return, 20% of the product value will be deducted, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
- Damaged Products: If the product is received damaged, used, altered, incomplete, or with missing accessories, the refund will be determined based on our assessment. In certain cases, the return may be rejected and no refund may be issued.
